By accessing CrowdAlpha you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What CrowdAlpha provides
CrowdAlpha provides Planetary Model products, public findings, state receipts, evidence receipts, domain packages, decision inputs, and governed product interfaces for approved users and systems. CrowdAlpha is not investment advice, not financial advice, and not a regulated intelligence product. Users make their own decisions.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep credentials confidential
- Don't redistribute the service or its outputs at scale without a commercial license
- Don't use outputs for automated high-impact decisions without independent validation and human review
- Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
4. Output disclaimers
Planetary Model summaries, state receipts, and decision inputs are uncertainty-bearing and subject to error. Package-specific evaluation evidence is provided through approved access, customer review, or applicable order-form materials. Historical records do not guarantee future conditions.
5. Uptime
Enterprise-tier service terms are provided alongside the applicable order form. Evaluation and standard access paths have best-effort availability unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
6. Liability
CrowdAlpha's liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. In no event will we be liable for indirect, consequential, or downstream business losses.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use = acceptance of updated Terms.
8. Order forms and product-specific terms
Paid Planetary Model, AgentLayer, domain-package, stream, webhook, and decision-input access may be governed by an order form, data processing addendum, acceptable-use terms, and workflow-specific access terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with these online Terms, the signed agreement controls for that customer relationship.
